Mission Statement

The House of God Ministries Church of God in Christ Missions Department exists to glorify God by proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the truth of God's word to all who will hear. In obedience to God's word we will do as Jesus Christ commanded his disciples, "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost (Matthew 28:19)."

As we go into all the world, we will be the hands and feet of Jesus. Our mission is to visit orphans and widows in their affliction (James 1:27), feed the hungry, give drink to the thirsty, shelter the stranger, clothe the naked, and visit the imprisoned (Matthew 25:34-40). We believe that as we love and meet the natural needs of God's people, God will allow us to share the word of God and convert souls to Jesus Christ.
